Biografy

Mr Evgeny Kuznetsov was born in 1975 on 2nd of February in Omsk city, Russian Federation.
In 1997 he graduated from Omsk state technical university with a specialization in economics and management of the national economy and in 1999 - from Omsk State University with a specialization in jurisprudence as a lawyer.
In 2002 Mr Kuznetsov graduated from Postgraduate School of the Government Services under the President of the Russian Federation (theory and practice department “Governmental regulation of the market economy”) as a Philosophiae Doctor in the economics.

From 1992 to 2003 he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities related to the processing and realization of agricultural products based on the newest technologies. As well he organized the fast food chain.
Since 2003 till 2006 Mr Kuznetsov worked in Business Communities and Public Relations Department in Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
In 2006 he was appointed as a Senior Secretary of the Council of The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and then as a Deputy director of the Public Chamber ‘s administration.
On 30th May 2007 was elected as Chair of the Council of Central union of consumer societies of the Russian Federation.
On 28th May was elected as the President of The Association of the cooperative organizations of Russia (ACOR).

Mr Kuznetsov honored by the grateful letter of the President of the Russian Federation in 2008.
In 2007 the gratitude of the Council of The Public Chamber was announced to him.
In 2005 he received the gratitude of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.

Evgeny Kuznetsov is a member of :
o Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation on agro - industrial complex;
o Council under the Chairman of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on agro - industrial and fishery complex;
o Community Council under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
o Following Workshops of Governmental Commission on small and medium businesses:
- workshop 3 « Providing the interaction between federal executive authorities and executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on issues relating to the development of small and medium businesses»;
- workshop 6 «The matters of the development of small and medium businesses in such areas as healthcare, social services and consumer market; 
- workshop 7 «The development of small and medium businesses in agricultural sector».
Commission on working with community action groups under the Presidium of the General Council of the party “United Russia”
Coordination Council on the development of small and medium business under the Ministry of Health Care and Social Development of the Russian Federation
The Board of “Cooperatives Europe” (ICA European region)

Centrosoyuz of the Russian Federation  – non profit organization, voluntary consolidation of consumer societies of Russia,
member of International Cooperative Alliance

Supreme Authority–General Meeting for the representatives of consumer societies of Russia (members of Centrosoyuz).
The Council carries out the management in between the Meetings.
Executive authority – the Board headed by the Chairperson.
